Pros: This little guest house was adorable. Parking was easy to find on the street, and everything was so nice.

Cons: It was a bit warm in the space at night, but I’m also menopausal and I get hot everywhere.

Exactly what I was looking for

Pros: Great little place for a solo or couple travellers looking for a quiet and private stay. Lots of food and nightlife within walking distance and a short drive to most places you would want to go

Pros: Quiet place. We’ll stock with the necessities. A small table/chairs inside would have been nice to eat.

Cons: Hot water took a long time in the shower.

Everything you need

Pros: The space had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the connectivity- I travelled for work and found it really easy and quick to take the bus and uber to and from activities.

Cons: It was great for a single guest but the bathroom being connected to the bedroom may be uncomfortable for some.

Great value in a good location with easy and safe check in.

Pros: Great location, nice pool in the background with a very straightforward check in, check out and safe location. Well worth my last minute booking for the price.

Cons: The wifi was a bit spotty but was only really a problem as my phone plan had bad connection. Shower is a bit tight if you are taller

Pros: Nice to be able to come and go thru private entrance when it worked time wise for my visit. Nice to have little refrigerator and microwave. You should list them as amenities in your ad. Also, walking distance from good breakfast places and Bryant Park!

Cons: Very minor, but a clearer sign about which light switch not to touch re the outside light.

Nice pool house

Pros: Cleanliness, proximity to bars and restaurants, outdoor area, comfortable bed, privacy

Cons: I did not realize there was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom but we managed fine with the curtains. Some of the electrical cables could be consolidated and hidden but that is mainly for aesthetic reasons. Postmodern museum piece clock is taking space for a possible night stand but not a big deal.

Pros: I liked all the amenities it was really good for a 2 night stay property was clean.

Cons: The shower is very indirect and takes very long to heat up and you can’t really clean off sand that well to the indirect stream. I wish the jacuzzi worked but that’s not their fault due to a heater issue overall not much not to like.
