Will definitely stay there again

Pros: Very comfortable accommodation with many extras. Owners are great and care about their guests

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky

A five star experience for me, exceeded my expectations!

Pros: Located in a quiet residential area, easy access to local businesses and freeways. Teresa, the host, came out to greet me when I arrived and ensured a smooth access, much nicer than being in a hotel. I was only there for one night and would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities covered microwave, coffee maker and a mini fridge. A very pleasant stay.

Pros: This was perfect for me. Very clean and comfortable. There's a refrigerator and microwave as well as a Keurig and different choices for coffee. I was moving and had a lot of my things in my car. I was able to park in the driveway in this nice neighborhood instead of being constantly worried about it in a motel parking lot. There were dimmable lights and a ceiling fan. It was actually an awesome accommodation.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our future trips to this area.

Wonderful San Diego Weekend

Pros: The area and neighborhood was amazing. The room was perfect for my wife and I. Great coffee and hot beverage selection. We had some good tacos and Mexican food just down the road. We really loved our Stay.

Pros: Perfect place in a gorgeous neighborhood. I was here to visit family in, what was, near where I grew up. The accommodations were fabulous for my needs and the owners were positive and responsive. Very clean, quiet, and affordable. Don't waste your money on hotels if you are solo or a couple because this is the place to be if you are visiting the San Diego region. You can thank me later.

Cons: Nothing. I was familiar with the area so I knew what a great neighborhood this was.

Quaint and Quiet

Pros: Liked the location which was down the street from our family's event. Quiet neighborhood and availability of parking was fantastic. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating as we ended up with my son joining us last minute.

Cons: Bed was small and uncomfortable, listed as a queen, but we're pretty sure it was a full size bed, (didn't work for my 6'4 husband) and was very squeaky everytime one of us moved. Could not control temperature in the guest house. A/C and heat came on when we didn't want them on. Overall, we were satisfied, for this trip's purpose.
