Great location, very helpful and responsive hosts, clean and very spacious apartment.

Pros: Great location in the heart of Gaslamp district, but still very quiet. We were attending a conference in the Convention Centre and this was the perfect location for that - less than 10 minutes walk away and a fraction of the price of the overpriced hotels.

Cons: The apartment was fine for what it is - very traditional building and some of the fixtures and fittings could be updated. Also there weren't any proper wardrobes which was a bit of an issue as I was there for 7 days. Overall these are minor things.

Good clean property in the heart of Gaslamp with cosy bedroom set up

Pros: The property is very spacious and bright with high ceilings. It was very clean. Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons: We had noisy people above us - we could hear them moving around at all hours. You are right in the heart of the Gaslamp District, which can get quite rowdy in the evenings. Our apartment was on the back of the building though, so we didn't hear the noise of the street inside of the apartment. The configuration of the rooms is a little odd - both rooms are next to each other with a connecting door - the one that joins the living room has two double beds in it and a sliding door to the living room with quite a bit of space around the door jam (not great for noise). The other bedroom which is next to the bathroom has just one double bed in. Good for family, or close friends - not so good for a shared apartment with a work colleague. No kettle (if you want to make tea).
