Pros: Easy walk location, parking access a big plus, communication was excellent from arrival to departure.

Cons: As other have noticed it’s an older building so you do hear neighbor noise and club/bar noise in the evenings, but heck we stayed in the area for the fun crowd.

I would definitelty stay here again and possibly make it my go to space when visiting San Diego.

Pros: Location. The proximity to everything downtown was a short stroll. Even with parking included, I was able to walk anywhere I went.

Cons: There were only minor things I didn't like. There was an unidentifiable smell in the elevator. The sitting area (lobby / foyer) just outside of the apartment doors was not climate controlled, which was tolerable for the few seconds before entering the apartment.
