Cosy, light, bright and white in the renovated rooms. Would stay again

Pros: Modern refurbed rooms on level 7 - aligned and honouring the heritage hotel. Plenty of USB C and A charge points and power points. Lots of light and white furnishings lifted the room further.

Cons: Understand the hotel restaurant was under renovation - good that there were a number of options close by.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the Little Italy and harbour. On site Starbucks was a bonus. The ladies at the check in desk were exceptional (especially, the lady in charge).

Nice for a short stay

Pros: Room was ok with basic facilities although the clothes steamer was very useful. Hotel was in a good location to get to points of interest. Nice characteristic building.

Beautiful hotel!!

Pros: Staff were so helpful and friendly, the rooms were well done and good for what you needed, bathroom was good size, good storage, nespresso coffee machine was ELITE.

Cons: Had trouble with the aircon but the staff were so lovely and upgraded our room for our stay. Not a lot of room for luggage so we had to unpack all our stuff, lighting was a little dark especially walking through the hallways, no netflix or anything on tv.

Pros: The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee maker and fridge in the room were a bonus. The hotel was calm, even though it is located 5 minutes' walk from a busy and lively Gaslamp area.

Pros: The location is good and the building is interesting. The king room with sofabed is large enough and has three additional seats to keep the bed down.

Cons: It would be better value for money if parking was included in the stay.
