Refreshing and great value

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and helped me sleep peacefully each night of my stay. The bathroom and shower in particular was quite good. I also appreciated the facility of being able to connect apps like Netflix to the TV so on some nights I could enjoy a night in and still be entertained

Cons: The only small dislike was based on the room cleanliness. For the most part it was very clean, however the carpet in the room itself had lots of crumbs on it even before I entered the room, and also after it had been cleaned by housekeeping staff. I think the housekeeping team did an excellent job at cleaning the room, however it would have been nice if more attention was paid to the floors as I frequently found debris there and in places like under the bed where it appeared the cleaning had been skipped.

Best hotel if your are looking for the reasonable one.

Pros: If you're looking for the hotel for three or four days to look around the city this is the best reasonable hotel. Located in the city center (close to harbor, santafe station, little italy, etc.) and the room condition is not bad considering the price and location. I searched up many hotels in San Diego and this was the best choice. You may not be able to find such reasonable hotel in terms of the price, service, parking, and room.

Only needed an overnight stay but wished it was longer.

Pros: The location from the Santa Fe Station was perfect.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

A great location, very comfortable rooms and a short walk to the Midway/waterfront

Pros: Really such comfortable beds and bedding. Great location. Good sized rooms too.

Cons: Unfortunately I found the leftover dinner from the previous guest in de fridge. And found many hairs in the bathroom that were not mine.

Pros: Great location, great staff, great breakfast! Clean and updated rooms. Even when I had some issues with my room, the staff provided a solution right away. Not the cheapest option but still very reasonable pricing. All in all good hotel and would stay again.

Pros: Fantastic. Little used equipment but in good condition. Very tasty breakfast. Expensive parking.

Great location, lovely food and excellent staff!

Pros: Everyone working at the hotel couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was good. From the front desk, to the bar to the shuttle driver. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I am recommending my work colleagues to stay here when in San Diego in future. Excellent service!

Cons: Nothing at all, everything was great.

Pros: Central location, comfy bed & sheets, shower with non slip bath mat provided. $10 vouchers X 4 for use over stay. Loved shower heads & toiletries provided. Was on floor 22 expected great views. Welcoming staff, attentive. Only stayed due to cheap package deal at the last minute.

Cons: Bathroom - needed attention - dusty ledge near taps showed it had not been cleaned, there were dry watermarks around taps, toilet needed a brush clean for stains at the bottom. Both creamer & half milk supplies left floaties in my coffee. Fresh supplies were required. No views to rave about from floor 22.

Our stay was delightful and pleasant. All the staff were wonderful towards us.

Pros: We had the breakfast at the hotel and everything was excellent. Our waiter was amazing..

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer.
