The perfect stay in San Diego

Pros: Perfect location. Excellent facilities. Staff at allmlevels of this hotel excel in all that they do. Room service, front desk and in a special note to the restaurant and bar staff (Eman and Daniel) that made our stay simply exceptional.

A well-presented hotel, well located with excellent facilities.

Pros: Location and facilities especially the gym were excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Pros: Location was nice, Duty Manager Daniel was exceptional and changed my initial opinion of the place - he provided above exceptional service. Very nice room and nice facilities. Loved the 24 hr gym and amenities inside. Free water. All requests made before arriving were set up for me.

Cons: Limited room service menu and only serves till 9pm. Check in experience was no good and confusing. People who brought the fridge to my room just left it there without proper setup and had to push the heavy fridge myself to the right location. There is no fridge in the room despite being advertised as having one. You need to pay $25 for one. Daniel waived the fee for me.
