Great location in a wonderful city

Pros: I loved the location, central downtown, close to little Italy and walkable to cruise ship terminal. Lovely big, comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great location, near waterfront and cruise port. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and coffee, loved the waffles. Big, comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Plastic cutlery and paper plates. Not good for the environment or pleasant to use. Please invest in real cutlery and a good dishwasher.

A good choice for a few nights stay

Pros: Good location to visit maritime museum and to and from the airport. The breakfast has enough varieties and fruit as well. Staff is very nice and helpful

Cons: Aircon a little bit noisy but my partner says OK

Excellent option in this price range

Pros: It's an excellent hotel, good value for your money. The location is 10/10, close to the airport and downtown. Breakfast is included and is sufficient. The hotel doesn't really have a kitchen so the breakfast isn't top-notch, but that also can't be expected at this price-point. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

Cons: Check-in is a bit later to what i'm normally used to, from 16:00. Although you can leave your suitcases behind, being able to enter your room a bit earlier could be nice.

Good location, good breakfast

Pros: Breakfast was better than expected. Hot breakfast including bread, scrambled egg, boiled egg, Real fruit juice, milk, bacon, fruit, waffle, potato. Little bit noisy from railroad. But, no problem to stay. Very good location. Close to Little italy, Marine time museum, and Old town trolley stop. We need to wash cloth after Sea world socking. But no laundry machine. Than was only discomfort to us. Waterfront park was 1 minute from hotel and very good to kids playing. No hot tub.

Cons: No laundry machine, No hot tub But all things were good especially breakfast.

Nice location.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate - disappointed that there was no lovely bacon on offer on our second morning. Location was excellent for us to get to our cruise ship

Good location and value for money

Pros: Great location! Very close to Little Italy and just a short walk from Gaslamp and Seaport Village. Room was nice and clean and the staff were helpful. Let us check in early with the kids. Breakfast was basic but did have lots of options available.

Excellent location & value for your money.

Pros: It’s location was excellent, easy walking distance to restaurants, activities, bear & shopping. Very comfortable bed. Good facilities, staff very helpful.

Cons: Only 1/3 of lifts working with a full hotel.
