Pros: Cute, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Loved the coastal atmosphere and decorations. Nice plus to have a/c and heating in Pacific Beach. Loved the patio fire pit. Overall vibe is great. Relaxed. Loved having a small washer dryer in the bedroom - very convenient!

Cons: Was surprised that the patio was in the front yard. That's a bit more public than I expected. But it wasn't bad because the bushes provide pleasant screening from the neighbors and road.

Sweet bungalow perfect for a visit to see my daughter! Alessandro was very kind and responsive.

Pros: Bed was comfy along with couch. Firepit outside was nice! The best shower pressure too! House was nice let decorated. Towels were fresh and white.

Cons: Bathroom sink small with not alot of room to put bath products. Bedroom tight to sort luggage. Shelves in both would be helpful!
