Pros: Great location. Perfect clean rooms that are comfortable. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. The best Best Western I have ever stayed in.

Pros: The location is very good : right next to Little Italy, not far from the shore and the airport. There is a also a Starbucks right in front of the hotel Free coffee available 24/24 in the lobby.

Cons: The bed is not comfortable.

Pros: Very central location, 25 minutes walk to the convention center, right in little Italy and three bus stops from the airport. Nice room, hot tub and heated pool great perks.

Lovely stay and good location

Pros: Very welcoming and polite staff. Perfect location for car park as it is connected to the hotel and felt secure. Good location , 5 minute walk from little Italy and around a 15 minute walk from the base ball stadium and gas lamp quarter.

Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable and good location. Walking distance to San Diego waterfront and Little Italy so lots of restaurant choices. The grab and go breakfast was a bonus, had expected to only get coffee

Cons: Coffee machine in reception broke down on day 2 and wasn't fixed by the time we left on day 4. At least there was a coffee machine in the room $25 dollars,was deducted from my credit card on arrival on 18th May and as of 6th June this still hasn't been credited back

Great San Diego City Centre Hotel

Pros: Four night city stay at end of a road trip with my son, central location allowed great access to San Diego, immediately close to Little Italy, bars and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the waterfront.

Overall good, Safe location, would recommend

Pros: The location was perfect, only 5 minutes away from Little Italy (nice restaurants and bars), the room was big and comfortable.

Cons: We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed, didnt provide slippers and bathrobes.

Good option in downtown San Deigo

Pros: Good location close to Little Italy. There are plenty of good food options. The location was good for the waterfront and conference centre, which was only a short 20-30 min walk.
