Location - luggage storage - airport shuttle ticks all the boxes

Pros: Free airport shuttle. Next to cruise port and happy to store luggage in morning while we explored Old Town, before we went to the ship.

Cons: Dodgy wall sockets loose so I couldn’t get bedside table to work or plug in my phone next to bed. Huge line to check in as only one member of staff yet the airport shuttle bus had been full

Pros: Quiet except for he yahoos in the parking lot to the east of the building they were racing their engines.

Cons: The stairwells doors were locked was told that the homeless tend to sleep in the stir wells meant that you had to prop the doors open or take elevator. Only one elevator was operational

Pros: The location is fantastic! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Pros: Paulina was extremely helpful in sorting out a mess created by Booking.com

Cons: It’s an old lady, but great value considering location. Parking at $50 per night is nuts

I'm so glad we chose this hotel as it was in the perfect location.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable, spacious room and friendly, helpful staff

Cons: The bathroom door was opaque glass which gives a feeling of less privacy. I kept banging my head on the door mounted iron in the wardrobe. We loved our stay though and these are minor issues.

Pros: Location, friendly staff, efficient check-in, comfortable beds, nice little balcony, spacious rooms, nice bathroom, very clean, fridge, iron

Great location, room large with balcony and great views

Pros: Great location, we walked to all attractions only had to get Lyft to zoo. The room was big with a decent bathroom (not sure the wardrobe was in correct in bathroom). We had a good nights sleep until the neighbours in connecting room arrived on our last night - not the hotels fault !

Cons: The connecting room and the pool was cold.
