Pros: The staff was super nice. I asked for a room change and they immediately sorted it out. Also the Location is great in the heart of Little Italy!
Cons: Every time I left the room, the card would stop working, and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed just to get back in. I tried 3 different cards but all of them had the same issue

Pros: Staff was great, specially the night lady. Bed and pillows were super confortable and clean. Great location.
Cons: The room could use some cleaning. I saw hair when I entered the room in the toilet and aroubd the sink. The mirror is small and light is not the best, so if you need to get dressed, make-up, etc, it might be more difficult.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Little Italy
Pros: Lovely hotel in the heart of Little Italy. Great choice of cafés & restaurants nearby and a wonderful Saturday market. It was a great location, with a lot of places of interest within walking distance. We also used the San Diego Trolley which had a stop just a few minutes' away, was very cheap and took us to sites further away like Old Town. Although in a very busy, bustling area, the room was quiet. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The room was smaller than we would have liked, however we were only staying one night.

La Pen-See-Yawn-eh?
Pros: Location and outdoor seating area right outside the lobby near the cool, yummy cafe.
Cons: Parking in that garage with those tiny, limited spaces, was uniquely difficult, causing immense anxiety and frustration; not conducive for a relaxing getaway.

Pros: Great location, comfy beds, great shower, quiet even though Little Italy is a popping place and right near the airport. Very convenient to blue and green trolley line. Staff was very cheerful and friendly. Room was small but exactly what I needed. Room includes small fridge but not any utensils other than disposable cups (no kettle etc). Coffee and tea is downstairs not in room.
Cons: Would have liked a kettle / tea or bowl in room but it was overall great value for money.

Great place to escape conference crowds
Pros: It’s tucked away in Little Italy, away from the bland big hotels. The smell of jasmine permeates. Excellent restaurants and coffee are nearby. It’s really close to the tram/trolley for getting about the city. The Farmers’ Market is great.
Cons: It’s a little tired and frayed around the edges - but aren’t we all?

The stay was fantastic
Pros: the location of the hotel was fabulous, right in Little Italy and the staff was very helpful. We had a parcel which was delivered to the hotel for us after we left and they were kind enough to post it a forwarding address
Cons: The room was a little bit small and would have liked tea and coffee facility in the rooms, rather that go downstairs in the conference room to get a cup of coffee or tea.

Lovely boutique hotel in Little Italy
Pros: Lovely little boutique hotel in the middle of Little Italy, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The staff weee all friendly and the rooms, although a little small, were modern, well maintained and clean.
