Fantastic location, very comfortable stay.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Only a short walk to Little Italy and the Waterfront. Fortunate to have had breakfast at the Barbie Cafe daily which excited our children.

Cons: The parking situation. Paying $60 per day for parking is not value for money. We were able to find free parking across, on the street.

Great value! Hidden Gem!

Pros: Beautiful views of the harbor! Great location to the wharf, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent temperature as well. I loved the shower gel scent as well.

Modern clean and amazing location

Pros: The location is really good and the service is amazing. It also modern and clean. A bit expensive considering there is no any luxury involve but definitely I will love to return.

Cons: Price can improve but I understand is the average in San Diego

Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was very friendly and prompt when I requested some anemities. The staff at check in were really friendly and approachable when I had questions.

Cons: Wifi was almost non-existent if you have to do work. Cellular signal was also spotty

Was ok.

Pros: The room worked well for what we required. I had to change though due to originally asking for a view as I flew from Australia and was put in a very ordinary location to begin with.

Cons: The original room was the last room on level two right next to the gym, and pool, and laundry. So it was noisy, always wet falls, food along the corridor and really put a dampener on the start of the stay.

Great location near Little Italy and Harbour. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location near Little Italy; only short walk to harbour. Approx 40 min walk to Gaslight district. Room was spacious and clean, had issue with fridge which was resolved immediately. Valet parking was good no issues, already had researched about the price so no surprise - we just prefer the convenience and they were friendly and professional.

Cons: Nothing all good.
