Pros: Location was great, facilities as well, room was very spaceous

Cons: we encountered a few bugs in the room, for the parking you have to have a us phone number to be able to pay

Definitely booking the same hotel if we would be coming back

Pros: - location (at water site, close to playground, basketball court, restaurants) - felt very safe - renting equipment for free (basketball, umbrella…) - clean and well equipped gym - Pool facilities - grilling facilities - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave - friendly staff - laundry room - tasty breakfast - parking facilities by third party companies - comfortable bed

Cons: - cleanliness of the room (staff informs about not cleaning every day) service came every 2-3 days, but we liked that the cleaning service was always available on request - breakfast was tasty and a good buffet to choose from but not much variety every day

Pros: Excellent service by Daniella & Salvador at Reception. When checking in, Daniela went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Also don't want to miss the housekeeping and kitchen staff working tirelessly .

Cons: breakfast spread could have been better and also require big area as people had to wait for their turn.

Pros: My daughter had a birthday which I had mentioned earlier and they provided us a room with an ocean-view and there was also a small birthday present when we arrived - it was a very nice gesture and made us very happy! Thanks a lot for this nice experience!

Pros: Location close to atraction and waterfront park, comfortable room, clean,servis room amazing .

Cons: It didn't happen every day, but on Sundays, breakfast time is shorter, and they started cleaning up after breakfast and taking things away even though we hadn't had time to eat them. The kids wanted milk and cereal, which the staff hid and didn't give us even though we asked. I think that on Sundays, breakfast should be longer and stress-free.
