Pros: Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great in the middle of the town, you can walk everywhere. Was our last stay on a roundtrip and we regrett not having stayed there longer.

Cons: only valet parking available

Great place to stay for a visit to downtown

Pros: Beds were incredibly comfortable and staff very accommodating. Good home base for 5 days stay and in relatively good walking distance to most things.

Cons: View was terrible at the rear of the building. No tea facilities in the room.

Great stay in the heart of San Diego.

Pros: The location of this hotel is great if you want to be close to the centre and Santa Fe Station. I could easily walk to everything I wanted to see. The room was spacious and comfortable, I loved the room decor and am always happy with an in room coffee machine. Although you could also get fresh coffee in the lobby each morning. The gym was well equipped and very clean (my only gripe, it could open slightly earlier). Due to a booking error with another hotel, I'd booked my room very last minute. This was handled well by the Bristol team, and during my stay, all staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons: This hotel felt expensive, but looking around, it seemed in line with others in that location. The gym opened at 6 am. I would have liked to see it open at 5 am. The room was very clean, except for a used contact lens stuck to the side of the nightstand (tiny bit gross, but I was tired, so I left it). But really, I'm digging deep to find the cons to this hotel.

4 night in this great Hotel

Pros: The location is very well situated so we could walk everywhere from there. Grabbing a lyft/Uber was easy too if you want to go further, and they come in 5 min or less. Also, the staff was super professional. Always asking if you need anything. I've been in many hotels of all types, and here, the attention was much higher than the average. Highly recommended.

Cons: If I had to say something I didn't like, I would say the mattress in our room was too soft. But some people might like that, so I guess it's just preference.

Should have stayed longer

Pros: Room size. The Bed. The Fridge. Free Wifi. Coffee Machine downstairs was great!
