This property was very clean, spscios& attractive.

Pros: Clean, spacious, and attractive. Property manager, responded to concerns. Very accommodating for our needs. Our dogs loved the patio balcony.

Overall it was a great experience. You can’t control who’s above you.

Pros: The Location, having a parking space in the garage and it was nice that when we arrived the place looked as beautiful as the pictures. Loved the patio space to sit and have coffee and a glass of wine.

Cons: The noise above us. I am not sure if they have a foosball table upstairs but if so, they should get rid of it. I didn’t get much sleep.

Overall a good apartment with parking, but the dryer doesn't work.

Pros: The location, parking, and overall apartment layout are wonderful.

Cons: The washer/dryer is fine for washing, but doesn't work as a dryer. We finally gave up and air dried our clothes. The WiFi was unreliable. It get disappearing. The kitchen faucet is very loose; it needs fixing.

It was a wonderful time, we loved staying here and cannot wait to come back!

Pros: Loved the location and the ability to see the ocean from the balcony. The home is beautiful and very clean.

Cons: Would have liked a heads up about construction during our stay. Some days were pretty loud but, the guys working were very respectful and have a job to do which we understood.
