Phantastisch. Ankommen und rausschauen.

Pros: Phantastisch. Tolle Ausblicke und sehr schönes Haus, für uns perfekt aufgeteilt. Ambiente, Licht, Einrichtung alles sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern angenehm und einfach. Eigener Parkplatz, schöner Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Gut eingerichtete Küche.

Cons: Alles bestens.

Very relaxing adult getaway!!

Pros: Excellent location between Oceanside & Carlsbad - not caught up in the congestion of either downtown but able to access either with a 5-10 minute drive and plenty of eating places and small convenience stores in the neighborhood. Walkout to the yard from the lower level and upper level balcony were GREAT for daytime ocean viewing (surfers, dolphins, sea ducks, LOTS of entertaining ship/helicopter naval activity) and nighttime fires! Big, wide beach at low tide with shallow water going WAY out! Heather/property mgr was right across the street and responded practically instantly to a few minor issues we had. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Cons: While not applicable to us as we didn't fill the place or have kids with us - we all agreed that the layout could possibly present problems for having young children along. The bedrooms being split between 1 on the upper floor with the kitchen & 2 on the lower level with direct yard/water access would require some planning on who sleeps where. Both the lowers have sliders to the outside.
