Pros: It's just a few steps from the beach, and Tower 9 offers perfect sunset views. The room was tidy and clean, with all the amenities you could need. The customer service was always very helpful.

Pros: Clean house and friendly neighbors. Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. Well stocked

Cons: There is no beach nearby, but about a mile away. As expected, the sofa bed was not great

Our trip to Oceanside was wonderful!

Pros: Our trip to Oceanside was wonderful! Heather was always available for help. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing time without her help! She even left cushions on a few chairs for our three littles. We would definitely stay here again and wish I could give more stars for tower 9!

Pros: Newly remodeled, clean and proximity to the beach (walkable). Conveniently located near downtown Oceanside (walkable), Harbor Village (short drive) and Carlsbad (short drive). The property location felt safe. Ocean view from the property patio.

Relaxing definitely would stay again .

Pros: I really liked how clean the property was and literally couple steps away from the beach , had a relaxing staying and enjoyed sleeping with the window open hearing the waves & also the property manager was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: This property is beautiful. Minute walk to the ocean. This property accommodated me when I displaced due to the fires in Los Angeles. The staff was accommodating and very kind.

This was a comfortable and relaxing place with easy access to the beach.

Pros: This property was extremely clean and the location was beautiful. Although the ocean view was limited, the sound of the ocean at night was wonderful! It had been beautifully updated and the property manager got back to me quickly when I had questions. Overall, our experience was very good.

Cons: Although, the property was beautiful, there were some things that were missing. The smoke detecter was missing in the master bedroom leaving an exposed wire. We could not locate remotes for all ac units, so we were unable to use the air conditioner and there was no fan in the closet. Parking is on the street only. This can be problematic.
