Fantastic place

Pros: Very convenient location, great and friendly staff, kitchen had all the cookware and appliances - perfect for family stay!

Cons: Some dishes were dirty, we had to re-wash them before using.

Clean and modern seaside stay

Pros: Clean property. Has large king bed and TVs in bedroom and living room. Can walk or bike to swimmable beaches about half-mile to mile away. Kitchen is clean and includes a washer/dryer!

Cons: Suggest bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and body wash (none supplied )as they ran out for our party of 4.

Has my heart

Pros: This place has the feel of home... literally steps to the beach. At night, I loved being able to hear the waves crashing. The beach is not overpopulated. This area is more residential, so we didn't have to deal with the crowds and noise that comes with touristy areas. (A pro for us). It is close to grocery stores, ice cream, restaurants.... Everything was clean and kept. The host works so hard to assure everyone has a great stay. I could seriously live here!! I won't waste time posting pics of the unit, as it looks EXACTLY like the host's pics in the listing. The king bed plus large pull out couch was big enough for 5 of us to stay for 8 days. We rented a car too. We had a designated garage space! We drove to 2 of the most beautiful hiking spots ever!! Annie Canyon Trail and Calavera Trail. Both are 15 min away. I will definitely come back!! I left a piece of my heart in Oceanside!

Cons: I couldn't access our patio from our unit like the other units can.

We had a great, comfortable mini get-away in a cute apartment right near the water!

Pros: There was a code to get in, so that was nice. There's a secure parking spot attached to the building, a plus! The property manager was there and greeted us when she saw us wandering, looking for the apartment #. She's very nice. I liked that she lives on the property. She's very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was extremely clean! There are plenty of items in the kitchen and throughout the apartment to help with a comfortable stay. There's a dual coffee maker - Keurig cups or drip, there are coffee pods and creamer pods, sugar, filters, and it was full of water when we arrived. Can't complain about that! We enjoyed it very much and felt safe, comfortable, and are so close to the water that we can see the ocean out of the South windows.

Cons: I can't say there is anything that we didn't like. The area is popular and busy, so there will be noise all around. That's par for the course by the beach with younger crowds and a lot of rental properties.

Great for easy beach access.

Pros: Very smooth experience and accurate wrt description. Good access to beach, beach gear. It was however noisy in this unit (train near by, next to side walk, garage door opening, loud neighbors walking upstairs) which can be an issue for sensitive sleepers.

Pros: The location was very good. It was close to all needed places

Well worth the price for the comfort, amenities and location. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: It was so welcoming and comfortable. The host was easy to reach and communicated well with us. The decor was perfect, location was great and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes. The washer/dryer in unit was a nice surprise and the foosball table was a blast to use!

Cons: If we had to pick one thing I would say the bed was a bit tall but even with that it was still comfortable and we totally enjoyed our stay here.

It was a great trip just steps away from the beach and a mile from a fun time!

Pros: Heather was amazing and compassionate and truly cares about her guests.

Pros: We were very impressed when we walked in.. it was very clean and comfortable. The Ac worked great and was quiet. The water was super close and semi private. Neighborhood was quiet and sleeping was easy. The location was awesome, we didn’t have to drive far to get anywhere. We would definitely return :)

Cons: Walking to the beach with sand was about a mile walk. The shared garage was tight, but the street parking was easily accessible.

Great will be back

Pros: All was great apartment had everything we needed, like the garage parking.

Cons: The noise from traffic, just a little noisy
