Outstanding host. Wonderful stay. Unforgettable experience.

Pros: We are a family of 6 travelling with older teenage and young adult children. Wonderful 3 nights’ stay at the beach house. As pictured and described. Span over 3 floors. Garage and one bedroom on ground floor, two bedrooms on first floor. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. Living room and 4th bathroom on second floor. New and clean. Beds comfortable. Can’t comment on kitchen as we ate out everyday. Uber was easy. The best part was the rooftop lounge and our evening stroll along the mission beach promenade that made our stay unforgettable! Oh yes, I have to mention this as well - outstanding hostess. Got in touch before and after stay. Provided impressive list of services, including pre check-in fridge stocking, vacation photography etc - you name it, Victoria has it.

Cons: The water pressure is weak so it takes slightly longer to shower. But having 4 bathrooms made up for that. Could do with better quality pillows and bath towels. The room with bunk bed and trundle ideally fits three but the upper bunk bed is too close to the ceiling and AC, might not be comfortable for third guest. If an older child, ok, but I’d say 2 adults would fit comfortably in that bedroom.

We had 3 adults, 3 young people. It was an easy walk to the beach and the restaurants.

Pros: Convenience and all the things needed for the beach.

Cons: Just needs some things fixed, a few more amenities like kitchen towels, trash bags, a lamp by the beds, paper towels, etc

One of the kids said “I’m having the best time ever”

Pros: We were a party of 10 with small kids. We loved having 4 bathrooms, the outside shower to rinse the kids, the beach equipment and the rooftop was perfect to watch fireworks all around us. And a short walk to the beach.

Cons: The description listed 3 bedrooms with king/ bunk beds so that was a little disappointing. 2 bedrooms had a kind and 1 room had a bunk bed with a trundle bed.
