Beach Bungalow Perfection - Private Patios

Pros: Location in OB is excellent. I block to Voltaire street with coffee and tacos and an organic grocery. 3 blocks to the beach or estuary (great birding), a short mile to Newport Ave. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is nice. Back yard sitting area gets lots of sun.

Great studio and excellent customer service

Pros: Superb customer service from the team. They messaged me throughout my stay to check if I needed anything. The studio is really clean, beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location minutes from the beach.

Cons: I knew this when booking but it would be good if they could add a washing machine.

A Clean, Well-Maintained Place in a Perfect Location

Pros: An amazingly clean, pretty house that had beautifully and professionally been set up to welcome us. The beach, restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, and more are all within easy walking distance. Our teenage child comfortably rested in its living room sofa bed. Even our elderly dog was looking relaxed thanks to the ample, spotless space we were provided with, including a little backyard, making its $150 pet fee worthwhile. The property owner was impressively responsive and hospitable. We're former hoteliers and appreciative of the exceptional hospitality we experienced. We would highly recommend renting this bungalow.

Cons: 1. An uncomfortable, somewhat noisy master bed mattress protector (while it is understandably necessary to have one). 2. The size of the master bed: seemed more like a full-size than the mentioned queen-size. It was a little tight for two medium-sized adults. 3. Comfy chairs would be a plus when the living room pull-out couch is used as an additional bed.

A very comfortable stay, bright, very clean, thoughtful layout.

Pros: Well appointed house. Very comfortable and appealing. Thoughtful touches. Really appreciate that the entrance had clear signage that was well lit at night. Made it easy to find on my first night when I arrived and it was later in the eve/ nighttime. So many coffee shops in walking distance!

Pros: Where to start… host was amazing! I loved the fact that they provided everything (from cooking ware to a book for light reading). No issues, all information was directly communicated prior to and had access to host for any questions. I was weary about traveling with my two large dogs but the experience was great and even being welcomed with a doggy doormat and outdoor area was great! Even the neighbors were nice and helpful!

Cons: A 15 minute walk to the beach but honestly didn’t mind it too much (great exercise for the pups and myself).

Cons: Entrance is in the alley because it’s the back house on the lot, just a little hard to find the first time. Afterwards no problem Bring your own coffee pods just saying

Pros: We love everything about this place, It is clean and airy , just enough of everything we need for a week, and the location is on point of walking everywhere 15 minutes to the beach and food , restaurants, stores,parks as well ,no problem of parking at all,we were concerned at first, just perfect for us we'll be back for sure 😀
