awesome convenient location. Amazing sunset views. Excellent family location.!

Pros: well, the most obvious thing and it is truly amazing is the view. And not just the view but the sunset view was spectacular. My family loved the location. It was easy to get around and it was close by pretty much everything. The house was cozy and very usable and friendly. we were there visiting one of our sons serving in the Navy. And he said that it was an amazing location as well. If we came back to San Diego, this house would probably be one of the first ones on the list we would try to acquire to rent.

Cons: as we are not used to alleyway access, it did take this a day to get used to using the back alleyway and not the front entrance with all the stairs. Once we got better at that and learning how to tell the Uber driver where to go. It worked out great. if I was getting really picky, the only thing I would say is that the garden area could use a little cleaning up a little pine straw, etc. but other than that truly we have no complaints .
