Pros: Very family friendly and very organized. Very clean. Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks and park. Beautiful ocean view.

It was a lovely location right on the beach and had all the comforts of home.

Pros: Location was perfect for our needs, being right on the beach and a short drive to downtown.

Cons: Parking was a little tricky with 2 SUV's. They didn't fit in the garage and we had to find street parking

Had an amazing stay and would stay here again without a doubt!

Pros: Location was perfect! Steps to the beach spacious and perfect for family vacay!

Cons: Elevator was not operable and we got stuck briefly.

Pros: Perfect location with a view of the ocean unobstructed. Beds were comfortable. Beach cruiser bikes, skim board, boogey boards to surf boards. The property had it all. Check in and check out were an easy process. I’d definitely stay again. Oscar’s fish tacos in pb are a must too

Cons: Elevator didn’t work but wasn’t really needed.

Had an awesome family trip! Great place to stay with everything you would need for a trip to the beach. highly reco

Pros: -Detailed instructions for our stay -loved that they had everything you would need while going to the beach -really loved all the boogie boards -Great bikes to cruise the boardwalk - very close to Belmont park - great communication from Amanda and Cindy -AWESOME view!

Cons: -Need new board games -Need bar soap for shower and baths -barbecue had no propane… but they did have a full propane tank in the garage

We had a nice stay right at the beach.

Pros: The property was great, right on the ocean, with wonderful views of the surf. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen facilities were great, even though we didn't do much cooking. The elevator was a necessity for two of us with limited mobility.

Cons: There were two garages, which was nice, but they were extremely narrow, making them hard to get in and out of. The elevator was slow, which is understandable, but the call button on the second floor didn't work, and the elevator light didn't work part of the time.

Relaxing stay at the Penthouse. Well worth it.

Pros: Location was fantastic. The beach is literally 50 steps away and the Master bedroom overlooks the ocean. The bed and pillows were awesome. The penthouse over all was so good. I would definitely recommend this as a beach getaway. Make sure you plan enough days because you will enjoy your time here alot.

Cons: The elevator wasn't working and I didn't find out until the day I arrived. This caused me to have to send my In-laws to another hotel since they aren't able to navigate steps. More notice on that would have been better.
