Beach-2-Bay 2br - Beach - AC - Patio

My daughter and I had so much fun at this rental. There are so many activities to do!

Pros: The location of this place was amazing! We went surfing in pacific beach, walked along the board walk, and went to so many great restaurants! The best part was the juice bar right next door.

Cons: It was a bit out of my price range but it was so much fun.

Great little beach cottage within a short walk of a great beach.

Pros: The condo is right by the beach…. 3-4 houses down from the sand. The perfect distance so the sand can fluff off your feet on the walk back to the house. The outside patio was incredibly comfortable and inviting of conversations to people walking by. The condo had everything you need for your stay to include beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs… the only thing you will need is a cooler.

Cons: The only disadvantage of the location is that’s on a busier road that can loud with all the windows open mid day but for the most part it’s hardly noticeable

We loved our stay here. It was such a great spot and would be happy to stay again!

Pros: Proximity to restaurants, shops, the beach. Was perfect size for our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of hangers in closets and hooks on wall to hang items. Felt very safe as well.

Cons: The only downside was the traffic noise early in morning. We turned on sound machine to help!

Clean, cute and a great location!

Pros: The little cottage seemed newly remodeled with cute furnishings. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. The TV broke on day 2. They immediately came in and replaced it with a new one. Now that is service! We would rent again 😎

Pros: The location was incredible! 100 feet from the beach/ boardwalk. The rental was clean and very comfortable with excellent amenities!

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this property!

Cozy beach house in the perfect location

Pros: Very clean, well-appointed little duplex right in the heart of Mission Bay. Right across from a crosswalk to the beach. Comfortable beds and all we needed for a long weekend in the sun. The owners were extremely responsive and always helpful. They seem to care about delivering a great experience to their guests.

Cons: We had 4 adults which was a bit cozy in the space given the single bathroom. It might be a bit better suited to a family or couple.

This location has it all. Great location, furnished with everything you need, and a great host!

Pros: The home had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great. It's near the beach, places to eat and the boardwalk area. The host was fantastic, and the home was clean and well maintained. I just wished we would have stayed longer!

Cons: Not a thing. It was all great!

Would highly recommend this house! Was perfect for our family of 5 (3 boys ages 11, 9, 7).

Pros: great location, great communication from the management company. We loved being right between the Bay and the Beach with plenty of amenities, stores, restaurants right around us. Would definitely recommend this property for a great Mission Beach stay!

Cons: small thing but the toilet paper wasn't adequately stocked and we asked for one more roll with no response. This wasn't a big deal but worth mentioning. Overall their communication was very good however.
