Pros: They had a lovely patio, and the jacuzzi was right outside our room. 15 ft max. The property was immaculate without being stuffy. The staff was friendly and warm and informative.

Cons: Not a thing, we really enjoyed it. Everything was local and easy to find.

Pros: The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the pools, hot tub, fitness center and restaurants. It was a lovely unit and perfect for our family. It came well stocked and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely make it back!

Pros: Nice room. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Finding room was a little difficult and parking not great (hotel check in staff unable to identify room location in large building so ended up parked no where near the room). The fact that full resort access was not included in the price was not communicated. Room description was not 100% accurate - said we would have pool view but you could not see the pool from the room or the outside area.

Pros: I didn’t eat breakfast because we had to leave very early in the morning.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the room at first. The building number was different on the outside as you enter.

Nice resort with a great location!

Pros: Nice property with a great staff. It’s confidently located in Carlsbad so it’s around wonderful shops and restaurants. Nice golf course on site as well. Our room was so nice and right across from a nice Jacuzzi. We also had a big patio. We loved the room and the location. It was updated and modern. We loved it!

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the check in. For some reason, our room was part of some timeshare so we couldn’t check in until a firm time of 4pm. We were very confused because there was no mention about this when we booked with booking.com. I think this is more on booking than the resort.

Great family get away!

Pros: Everything is at your fingertips at this property! Pools and hot tubs everywhere. Our kids had the space to be kids and we enjoyed the trip very much. Definitely coming back this spring!

Cons: Nothing bad to say!

Pros: Location was next to restaurants, beaches within a few minutes and property is well maintained. Numerous pools and Bob's Steakhouse is top notch ! 2 golf courses on the property is always nice .

Cons: Last night was a lil noisy !

Pros: The staff was nice and polite. I loved how peaceful and quiet it was and the Jacuzzi was so close to our room.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and left my daughter and I very sore but overall our stay was fun and we plan on visiting again.
