Glorious million dollar views in a beautiful property!

Pros: Absolutely lovely property right on the sand of Carlsbad. You can listen to the waves all day while watching surfers in the water. Beautiful views. Within walking distance of Carlsbad Village restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Free street parking in front of the building. We stayed in 402, which is a two bedroom top floor condo and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Clean, nicely decorated, million dollar views. Just stunning all around. We had some special needs at check in and the staff and owner went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Cons: A lot of people come to watch the sunset. There are no reserved spaces for street parking so if you try to park right around sunset, you might not find a space. Normally not an issue, parking was available all other times of day, so just plan around it! Trains! Carlsbad has trains come through all times of night & day and they use their horn! I’m sure the locals forget about it, but if you are not used to train noise, it can wake you up at night!
