Pros: Absolutely awesome little place, and the staff too from the owner to the awesome guy doing the groundwork... Listening to the waves as you go to sleep is an extra bonus too 👌🏼👌🏼💤🛌

Pros: The Location,the view , the property itself is wonderful. The hospitality from the Owner “Ray” to the cleaning crew “Jessica” & Husband were wonderful hospitable and inviting and very helpful for our stay . Ray is a wonderful owner ,anything we called we needed he was quick to answer and respond to his phone .We have been coming to Oceanside for the past 11yrs and this is the first time we stayed at this property and we loved it so much that will be coming back to stay again and bringing the rest of our family as well.

Love Oceanside

Pros: Loved it and the hosts were very helpful. I will say as a cook you had no cutting board. It needed foil and Saran Wrap. We had some problems with the kitchen sink but it worked out. Kitchen needs a few more things for cooking.

This place was great! I would absolutely stay here again

Pros: The location of this property is perfect! Right on the strand, waves crashing up the rocks. Just beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Having a hot tub with ocean view was a fabulous perk! Special treat in the bathroom :)

Cons: The Keurig didn't work, luckily there was a small coffee pot under the sink that we used. Rooms are a really tight fit trying to get around the beds. We requested use of the golf cart but it was delivered the day after we requested, which turned out to be the day we were leaving.

Good value and a great location!

Pros: Place is a great location, beautiful views from the property, walkable to restaurants, shopping, and great beaches!

Cons: Had a few communication issues in the beginning, but found out it was due to the owner having a medical issue, so it wasn't the issue of the property or staff and they worked hard to remedy any concerns and were helpful!

Pros: Location and the friendliness of the ‘owners or staff’. It was so nice to have someone respond, not immediately, in a timely manner.

Cons: There was no gas in the heater outside.

You Deserve A Beach getaway

Pros: PERFECT location, comfort, equipped, HELPFUL, mini Market close, Jacuzzi , beach toys, sun and sand. Did I say RAY AND PAM WERE DELIGHTFUL. I WILL BE BACK 🏖🏖🌞🌊
