Pros: We had the pleasure of renting John’s apartment, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The place was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and everything from the toilet paper to the furniture, fixtures, and even the grill was of the highest quality. You also have complete privacy, which was a huge plus. The highlight, though, is the stunning view of the ocean, which is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. The street and neighborhood are beautiful and offer the perfect starting point for anything you want to do in San Diego. John and his partner were incredibly thoughtful and very friendly, making us feel right at home. This is a place where you can truly relax, and it’s worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back!

Short stay in great neighborhood

Pros: Wow everything was great! Clean towels, cutely decorated, a welcome basket, and views. They also had no scented sheets if you didn’t like the scented sheets.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay. The host was very attentive, kind and sweet. Always checking if we needed anything to help our stay which make us feel very comfortable. Great neighborhood if you want to relax and the beach is just 5min walking distance with breath taking view.

Pros: Everything! The amazing views from the back yard! The personalized treatment from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The scented sheets! The sitting area around the fire pit! The openness when we lifted up the glass garage style door! The lush well groomed flower garden! Responsiveness to questions during our stay!! And more that I am sure I forgot...

Great rental in a good location with nice amenities and nice owner.

Pros: Great location with good parking in front of the property or across the street. About 15 minutes from two major shopping centers. About a 5 minute drive to Sunset Cliffs. Space was clean and lovely. I like the fact there is a kitchen (fridge, sink, oven, and stove). There were also all the utensils, plates, and pots and pans. The owner provided a welcome basket which was very nice. There was also cold water in the fridge and water bottles in the bedroom which was awesome. We also had access to a nice backyard. Owner gave very clear directions and was very friendly.

Cons: No real issues with the property.

Pros: The house has everything you need, it’s one of the most beautiful houses in San Diego, the view is spectacular and have plenty of room to enjoy.

Pros: The suite was amazing. John the owner spares no expense in creating comfort for guests. Everything is high end quality. Clean and stocked to all your needs. The location was close to everything my wife and I visited in San Diego. The neighborhood was beautiful. We parked on street with no reservations about safety. John was available anytime we needed information. I would recommend this host to everyone.

Cons: I would not change anything about host or suite.

Nice Respite Tucked Away in the Neighborhood

Pros: We enjoyed our stay immensley here in the Sunset Cliffs area of Point Loma. John is a great host! He really has the communication, information, and tech down that leaves you without wonder or worry about your stay. Everything is very clean and well stocked of basic needs. We were looking for a neighborhood stay, away from the tourist spots and downtown. It was great to come \

Cons: We found the mattress to be a bit worn and springy, transfering a partner's movement easily. Being a smaller matress, perhaps a memory foam type would be ideal. Not a deal-breaker though, as there is a pullout sleeper as well.

A perfect space to stay, when Sunset Cliffs and Point Loma neighbors are what you’re looking for!

Pros: This spacious unit is perfect for a couple who enjoys fresh air, beautiful views and enough space to spread out. it’s very well appointed and was very clean.
