Casa San Diego - Spacious Getaway with Backyard

A good, spacious property to explore the lovely city of San Diego

Pros: I stayed in the property with my mum (in her 70s) and two adult children (aged 25) for 10 days, including the Pride and San Diego Comic Con weekends. The location suited all three generations for both of these events and as a base to explore the city. The property was really spacious and accommodated us all well. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and even had an electric kettle! The host provided clear communication about the different door/gate codes and informed us when she was expecting a work person in.

Cons: It is not obvious from the description but the property in the one below the top floor, this meant we had noise from neighbours above and below. As others have noted, parking is problematic, especially on the 2nd and 4th Monday and Tuesdays, but the host warned about this the week before we arrived. It would be useful if the description also noted that the garden is three floors down some steep steps, which wasn't a problem for three of us but inaccessible (along with the laundry room) for my mum.

Pros: La casa es cómoda, espaciosa. Tiene todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea placentera. La ubicación está increíble. Doreen es una persona muy atenta que desde el día uno está al pendiente. Nos gustó mucho y si regresamos pronto, sin duda será nuestra primera opción.

Pros: 暮らすように滞在できました。 近くのスーパーまでは徒歩圏内。 車で10分走れば他のスーパーにも行ける。 調理道具、キッチンも使えた。

Cons: 古い家なのでアメリカの家を経験してするには良いが、今回中段の部屋だったので、上の階の足音がうるさかった。 駐車場が無いのが不便 自炊には良いが外食の店は少ない。

Genug Platz für ein paar Tage

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und die Lage zum Zoo (3min mit dem Auto) ist super. Parkplätze haben wir immer vor oder um die Wohnung gefunden. Trockner und Waschmaschine vorhaben!

Cons: Etwas hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn über einen. Garten, Grill, Lounge und Spielsachen ( all das haben wir nicht genutzt), sind unordentlich

Spacious, clean property in a great location.

Pros: The property is in a good location for seeing San Diego, particularly Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and the Old Town. The property is clean, spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen. The neighborhood is also quiet and clean.

Absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend.

Pros: The home was very spacious and centrally located. The whole process was very fast and easy.

Cons: Parking was a bit rough but we were already told before arrival.

Great value and property- would definitely stay again!

Pros: Great facilities and value to accommodate multiple people!

Cons: Parking was a little difficult. I had to park a few blocks away a couple of times when I was returning around 8pm-10pm.

Pros: The location was great and it had everything we needed from a family trip.

Cons: There was an oder of a wet cat the whole time in the living room area and we had to turn on the AC to dampen the smell. Was just not the most welcoming smell when coming into the unit

Family and I loved it, and we were very comfortable.

Pros: I loved the cleanliness of the unit. I felt the unit was very much clean. It was also very comfortable. We also loved the bathroom and shower!

Cons: Finding street parking, have to turn on heaters, no TV in bedrooms
