Convenient location, lovely, helpful hosts

Pros: Good location, close to Balboa Park and an amazing grocer. Neat and tidy accomodation with everything we needed.

Great location, very comfortable for families, terrific porch.

Pros: Location was terrific... close to the Balboa Park and shops, restaurants etc

Cons: An older house with three floors of flats and if you were worried about floor noise/footsteps, loud noises etc this could be a problem

Family Stay

Pros: It has everything you need (towels, paper, location)

Cons: Dishwasher wasn’t sealing properly

Great stay in central location!

Pros: Location was awesome! Tons of great restaurants within walking distance, close to Balboa Park, plus easy access to freeways & the rest of San Diego.

Cons: One bed was uncomfortable

i loved staying at the viva san diego.

Pros: i made my own breakfast. It was a great location. I would rent it again. i would reccomend it to someone. wonderful place for my graduation.

Cons: there was a few cockroaches that me and my guess spotted so the place does need to be sprayed more. the power did go out in one part of the house so we had to go turn the breaker because we had too many things plugged in at one part of the house.

Great location, but parking did make it difficult.

Pros: It was comfortable. I slept very well. The location was close to the zoo and everything we needed was there.

Cons: Parking was difficult. There was only street parking and every time we had to drive around looking for a place to park. Also, it was difficult to find plugs around the property.

Fantastic location and great backyard to unwind and relax.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids especially loved the Swingset and Playhouse and all the toys in the backyard —it was a huge hit and kept them entertained for hours and we loved to chill by the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made eating in easy. Great very central location close to everything we wanted to explore and a smooth check-in process. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: nothing it was perfect.

Pros: The whole experience was wonderful. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The view was spectacular. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was the tenant above us were very noisy after 10pm.

Pros: 8인 가족이 머물기 적당했고 좋았어요. 조리가 가능하고 바베큐도 해먹을수 있어서 좋았어요. 냉장고도 크고 청소상태도 좋았어요. 씨월드랑도 가깝고 아이들이 아주 좋아하는 회전의자와 잔디밭이 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons: 바베큐하는곳에 전등켜는 곳을 찾기가 어려웠어요.
