Highly Recommend

Pros: Clean, well-appointed rooms, a great poolside, and a spacious breakfast area with a nice selection. Friendly, courteous staff helped make our stay most enjoyable.

Cons: We liked everything.

Clean and comfortable, good staff, but in a soulless car park chain store environment.

Pros: Modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. Nearby to mall type chain shops. Easy parking (charge points for EVs). Pleasant helpful staff.

Cons: The area is pretty soulless, vast car parks areas with chain stores spaced out around. No food store within walking distance. I wouldn't want to stay here for much more than a business stopover or a touring overnight. Also quite expensive for what is essentially a buffed up motel type accommodation.

Great hotel in a very nice location.

Pros: Rooms were very clean. Amenities were great. Fitness was superb. Personel was extreme friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast could offer at least some fresh vegetables and cheese. EV charging was not free for guests.

The hotel has everything you need and is located in not far from Otay ranch which is nice.

Pros: Staff is great. Breakfast is good. Hotel is very clean

Cons: Bed is a bit old and can feel the springs are used.

Pros: The hotel is a new property and everything is fresh. The bedrooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Also enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is good value for money.
