Pros: Location, ease of transportation, shared kitchen, my own bathroom/shower and washer and dryer.

Cons: Outdoor area could be better maintained specifically the chair cushions were dirty and underwhelming

Als Unterkunft für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt entsprach die Unterkunft meinen Erwartungen

Pros: Ich hatte die Unterkunft (Apartment mit verschiedenen Einzelzimmern) wegen seiner Nähe zum Universitätszentrum des UC-Campus La Jolla gewählt. Das war perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für die Lage okay. Der Ausstausch mit dem Vermieter unproblematisch. Die Ausstattung der gemeinsamen Küche und des Aufenthaltsraums ist nicht zu beanstanden. Das Zimmer bot normalen Komfort mit einer eigenen Nasszelle; es ist jedoch keine Luxus-Unterkunft. Das Internet funktionierte sehr gut. Verpflegung gibt es keine - nur Selbstversorgung. Auf dem UC-Campus gibt es jedoch ein umfangreiches Angebot an (Schnell-) Restaurants, einen Einkaufsmarkt u.v.m.

Pros: Sehr große Küche mit guter Ausstattung, die gute Lage nahe der beaches.

Cons: Ich habe leider übersehen, dass das Angebot eher für Mitarbeiter oder Studenten der Uni attraktiv ist. Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze. Während des Aufenthalts (3 Nächte) haben wir immer etwas gefunden. Auch aufgrund der guten Beschreibung vom Gastgeber. Die Matratze quietscht beim reinlegen und die Wände waren hellhörig. Für eine Durchreise war es aber OK.

Very relaxing and nice.

Pros: Loved that it was so close to La Jolla and a 3 minute walk from UCSD. Made it easy for me to tour the school and not drive. And the property was great and secure.

Worth!

Pros: Great location very near school and Route 30 bus stop nearby to cover further distances. Room was tidy and cozy. Property owner was really helpful in explaining things in details and providing additional supplies. Very much appreciated!

Cons: Didn’t have warm/hot tap water.
