Clean decent and reasonably priced hotel

Pros: The room was clean and not worn out. The stuff was friendly and, most importantly, helpful.

Cons: Soundproofing was not that great. I could clearly hear people talking while passing by the room outside.

The place definitely exceeded our expectations, the location was perfect for our needs.

Pros: The staff were so lovely and helpful. One morning I was at the pool and I tried to use the jacuzzi and it wasn't working. Then, two members of staff came over and spent twenty minutes trying to fix it. Really went above and beyond, additionally the reception staff were always very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: I haven't received my deposit back when it's been over a month since we checked in. However our stay was very pleasant.

Pros: staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and it was a very fair price.

Definitely not bad for the price

Pros: The gentleman that runs the front desk in the day is very friendly and professional

Pros: The management was very understanding about our complaint, they offered us to choose from 2 other rooms and compensated us financially as well.

Cons: There were renovations going on the floor right under our initial room, we woke up to the horrendous vibration and loud sound of drilling and hammering at 8 am. We have found this outrageous.

SeaWorld trip

Pros: Everything about it very close to SeaWorld just down the road clean rooms getting something to eat is just around the corner

Cons: igetting your car in the parking lot but everything else was excellent

Excellent and satisfying for my money

Pros: The location of hotel is perfect. Easy and fast check in. The staff was great. Very nice and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Will return to hotel when we come back to San Diego. Worth the money spent. Great rate. Not expensive at all.

Cons: Nothing really. Got what i paid for.

Cons: I wish they had microwave, at least one for everybody, so you can warm up your breakfast.
