Idyllic Escape with Exceptional Service

Pros: Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our visit. We traveled with our 13-month-old baby, and the room was very comfortable—they provided a crib without any fuss. The setting is idyllic: peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommended

Lovely location!

Pros: We loved the location of this property - walking distance to Mission Beach. Beautiful sunset viewing. Easy access to main attractions in San Diego. Accommodations were great - lovely pools and decent onsite restaurant.

Cons: Difficult getting up and down the stairs with large luggage, but this didn’t impact our stay at all.

Pros: Exceptional location with breathtaking views.. Room was fully equipped, spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. Ample parking space.

Pros: Great location, spacious room with all amenities and comfortable bed. Very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Super scenic walks around the bay area and easy walk to beach. Bus stop right outside hotel with connection to city so great for non drivers.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Would stay again.

Pros: stayed here before, love the location, laid back and relaxing

Cons: our room was not ready for 4pm, we asked when it would be and was told they did not know. So me and my family sat in reception waiting, with no update from anyone. At 4:30pm a member of reception sat the room key on the table i was siting at, not a single word, sat key down and walked away, little bit strange behavior.

Pros: Breakfast and the people serving breakfast was great Reception front desk: amazing! Very friendly and helpful

Cons: The tables around the pool and at the restaurant very often were dirty.... Restaurant and room service was not available on Thursday evening , our last day of our stay. Me and my 3 children were not allowed and we also couldn't order room service...we went to bed after a long day trip without any dinner
