Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel Old Town

Pros: Ideal spot for visiting the city. Hotel has a lot of charm. Room was relatively quiet. Breakfast copious.

Cons: nothing springs to mind

Pros: Great Location, very safe, 10 min walk to the trolley station, 20 minutes to Downtown by trolley, Big breakfast for 13 USD. Old town transit Center is very convenient for several destinations, such as Mission bay, Sea world, La Jolla etc... You do not need car. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge are in the room.

Cons: Hot tube was closed, the AC system is rather noisy. We had to switch it off.

We really enjoyed our five night stay and would return/recommend.

Pros: Great location. Located In Old Town and just a short walk to the Trolley to take us to Gas Lamp, shopping centres and Seaport. Village. Fantastic view across the town from our room on 5th floor. Lift and 3 small flights of stairs to get up there but worth it. Room a good size with private balcony. Pool was lovely, heated and nice and quiet in the afternoon.

Cons: Car park signage was a little confusing. All signs said exit and it would have avoided confusion if there was a couple that said ‘way up’. Very minor issue!

Pros: Lovely hotel set over large complex and a minutes walk from the Old Town with restaurants aplenty very close by

Cons: We were originally assigned a room in one of the more remote blocks but it was a fair walk uphill and we didn't have a car. Luckily the receptionist managed to change our room so it was nearer to reception

Pros: Very comfy bed, fabulous location and great breakfast 👌

Good vide and comfortable.

Pros: Nice bed, plenty space, beautiful building, convenient location. Their coffee is good.

Cons: It would be better to have free parking.

Best Western Hacienda Great stay & location.

Pros: Rooms were large, 2 queen beds in ours, with microwave. fridge & hot drink making facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. There was a computer & printer in reception , which was great for printing boarding cards for flights home. Rooms were cleaned daily. Dead central in San Diego Old Town. Plenty of restaurants near by & bus station easy walking distance.

Spaceous Room

Pros: Large and attractive room. Commons areas attractive and accessible. Easy walk to San Diego Old Town.

Cons: Room needed some basic repairs. Restaurant area not clean. Parking garage confusing.

Best location

Pros: Great location, walking distance from the old town

Cons: A little expensive

Overall it was a good stay! We enjoyed the vibe of the place.

Pros: Like the location and aesthetic of the hotel. Love the courtyards! Rooms secluded from street so no noise

Cons: A bit old and space looks dim. The doors a bit problematic, front door hard to close, bathroom door very squeaky and hard to operate.
