Pros: We were dissatisfied with the Hilton Homeward Suites. In our opinion Courtyard San Diego Old Town is a far superior hotel across a number of dimensions.

Cons: Poor design of bathroom basins.

Pros: Good size room and bathroom, good location, room is clean. Staff very friendly.

Okay stay

Pros: Location near the airport and also lots of restaurant near bye.

Cons: Dont like how this hotel chain has changed their restaurant. Food is not the best and over priced.

Good location. Pleasant stay.

Pros: The hotel was better than I thought it would be. Good location, a short walk to Old Town. They have a restaurant which serves a good breakfast. The restaurant also serves dinner (which I did not try), but they have a full bar with a Happy Hour. The lobby has a small pantry to buy snacks and drinks, and has a microwave. Room was okay, with a good TV channel selection. Also, the hotel has a laundry room, which was a nice to have. Friendly staff.

Cons: They forgot to clean our room one day, so the front desk waived our parking fee for a day.

Pros: The customer service was fantastic with the friendly team happy to help. The WIFI was down during our stay with no solution available which made things challenging. The location was great with the heart of Old Town two blocks away.

Cons: A solution to the lack of WIFI and a decent breakfast offering (a mini starbucks on site didn't really cut it).

A GREAT, long weekend getaway!

Pros: Location near Old Town District; close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms clean and comfortable. Utilized the Starbucks each day for muffin and morning coffee.

Cons: While parking in the Old Town area is at a premium and I paid for on-site parking, I would have wished that it was either a a cheaper rate or an included feature of the hotel. The secured parking was as very nice feature!

Centrally located in a short distance from every place we wanted to go to.

Pros: It was very good and it was served hot and it was good. They were good options for breakfast food. We were very pleased with breakfast.

Cons: The beds in our room are just a little too soft since we are used to sleeping on very firm beds. It was not what we’re accustomed to otherwise everything in the room. It was very nice.

Just what we needed.

Pros: Clean room. Great location - easy to walk around for food and shopping. Easy to drive to downtown, the beach or inland. Beds were comfy. Lots of street parking available.

perfect hotel for downtown San Diego travel

Pros: convenient to old town. Loads of restaurants close by. we didn’t eat in hotel ! pool and jacuzzi which we didn’t use either ! location. close to train and bus stops! would use again if back in San Diego

Cons: bit of a smell in lift : damp smell
