Four night stay.

Pros: Location made it very accessible to the local attractions and areas.

Cons: Maybe a bit more alternating variety with breakfast. Bacon was never served on any of the four mornings. It stilled served its purpose however.

Clean. Value for money, great location, decent breakfast

Pros: Location is fantastic. So close to Old Town and Sea World and also the zoo. Perfect for families. Had a laundry room and pool, although we didn't use either. Breakfast was great value for money and catered to both adults and kids. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of free street parking. We paid for parking on the property, but in hindsight didn't really need to.

Cons: Parking for guests staying at the property should be free!

Pros: Room was decent and kept up by the hotel, clean and neat

Cons: We asked for the room with the couch bed, the mattress was awful very thin and just springs

Pros: It has a great location to move, clean and comfy room. Good breakfast!!

Pros: The property was amazing, I really love how much staff cares. Andrew the manager is such a kind person, I also enjoyed talking with Ann.

Cons: I loved everything apart from the day there was no water

Pros: Staff was very responsive to the mishap that happened when booking our rooms. When we complained, the front desk immediately booked us for the next available room, which was a suite.

Cons: The front desk booked our room that already had people in it. When we went upstairs to check in for first time (around 11pm at night), there was loud conversation coming from behind the door - we were not sure if someone already had access to our room. We went back downstairs to try to get it figured out.

It was very good

Pros: The room was good the setting was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent the waffles were very tasty. The staff at the breakfast site was very helpfull.

Cons: The fact that at night when we were trying to rest we could hear many kids running around, it sounded like they were stomping all over the place, and we couldn't rest it was noisy, but I understand that this was not fault of Best Western it was mostly the parents of those kids that were running around late at night when other guest are trying to rest.

We enjoyed our stay, but would have enjoyed it more if we had a room that wasn't against the highway

Pros: Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Lobby was nice. Location was convenient. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Cons: Our room was next to the highway and it was very loud and some people in my room didn't sleep well due to the noise. There was also a spotlight shining into our room from temporary parking lights. Body Wash bottle was barely full and ran out by our 2nd day there. Elevators are small and fairly slow.

A good, pleasant, comfortable and clean hotel. kind service.

Pros: The room was comfortable and so was the bathroom. I was glad that it was possible to do laundry. The service at the reception was courteous and the location convenient.

Cons: The dining room is small and crowded. The pool requires careful cleaning of leaves and hair.

Over all, it was a great stay!

Pros: The size of the room was big and convenient for a family of 5.

Cons: Parking pricing and “early check-in” fee was too high!
