Holiday Inn Express San Diego Airport-Old Town by IHG

Pros: Confortable, Coffee and others avalaible all times, taxie free to old

Pros: The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Even though it was adjacent to the freeway, we didn't hear the traffic.

Cons: Nothing.

Great stop over

Pros: Shuttle from airport Staff incredibly helpful with a passport emergency.

Convenient place to stay

Pros: Good comfortable hotel conveniently located close to the airport. It served its purpose excellently as a place to stay for my last night in San Diego before flying out.

Cons: There were some things that could have been cleaner like the shower in my bathroom.

Pros: We were picked up at the airport and had a very easy check in process. The room was very clean and well maintained. We could walk to Old Town for great restaurants and many cultural exhibits. The staff were very nice and well informed and even had daily room service. We haven't seen that since pre 9/11. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.they also had a very nice complementary breakfast.

Cons: Our requests and needs were well taken care of.

I will always stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Pros: All went well , after a long trip it was nice to check in with your staff Julius who is extremely pleasant

Cons: The pick up from the airport , after an 21hour flight it would have been nice if the shuttle could have been waiting instead of me having to wait almost 35mins for pick up, as I had requested for this at the time of booking.

Excellent property close to old town and the airport, offers a shuttle service.

Pros: Staff was excellent, shuttle service from port to hotel then hotel into town then hotel to airport was extremely excellent and so convenient.

Cons: The room was a bit dusty and the walls in the bathroom were showing grime with a few curlys, but for a one night stay, it wasn't a big deal, but I do pay attention to those little details.

Pros: Booking was BOTCHED by either Booking.com Overbooked according to Hotel .com did not send correct booking??? not sure how this got screwed up on which end I was given a room that did not meet my expectations or specifics of booking Hotelmanagementcorrected itblamedbooking.com. I was in the middle with my wallet and possibly not having anywhere to stay… not a happy customer

Cons: having to walk outside in the dark to the other building

Pros: Shuttle (driver was funny), nicely stocked mini store, breakfast Cinnabons.

Cons: Bed coulda been a little softer but thats just a personal prefrencr.
