Not exactly as depicted in pictures provided, but experience was still very good and as expected.

Pros: Location was exactly what we expected. Hearing the ocean and being able to have the door/windows open whenever you wanted was excellent. Seating facing the beach exactly as depicted and was wonderful for sunsets and meals.

Cons: Rust on some items, such as on bathroom by kitchen's toilet paper holder and sink, hardware, and entrance space heater. Last night's stay was interrupted by homeless breaking into garbage dumpster and rummaging around right outside bedroom windows. Dumpsters need to be more secure than they currently are to prevent these occurrences. Pictures don't seem to depict our actual unit, but another unit in the same building.
