Pros: I liked how clean it was. I have a toddler and cleanliness is really important to me. I also liked the backyard. It was safe for her and the dog to run around in.

A perfect quiet and safe place to stay. Centrally located with many well known shops nearby.
Pros: Location was perfect, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was very clean with modern appliances and plumbing. The coffee bar was a great bonus. The Beds were comfortable. The entire house is almost completely baby-proof, so it’s perfect for families with young children.
Cons: Heating was mentioned in the listing under “Miscellaneous”, but we could not figure out if there was any Heating system or not. It got quite cold at night, but not unbearable. Plenty of blankets were available. I did not know the property was a duplex with a shared wall. This was not an issue for us, but I wasn’t expecting it so it might be an issue for others. We could definitely hear the other person through the wall.

Pros: 完美的度假房，很有品质和品位，超预期！ 设施：免费自有停车位、空调、洗衣机烘干机、衣架、WI-FI、厨具、餐具、洗碗机、电视、冰箱、烤箱、面包机、咖啡机、烧水壶、淋浴洗护、微波炉等非常完善，满足我们的一切所需，简直太方便了。 舒适程度：像在家里一样舒适，还有一个大院子，可以休闲、烧烤、晒太阳。 地理位置：对于租车来说位置相当方便，超市、银行、射击体验馆等车程约5分钟；圣地亚哥分校、海洋世界、动物园、海滩等车程约15分钟。 清洁程度：白色床上用品，毛巾浴巾等干净整洁，如酒店品质，用着很放心。 性价比：我们是家庭4人出游，连续住了十几天，三个房间二个卫生间（其中一个房间内带卫生间对老人来说很方便）随心住不拥挤，洗烘机操作简便每天都穿干净衣服，还有厨具和餐具成套齐全，超市买点食材自己做饭，就像在家里一样，比如酒店舒服自在。 员工：特别特别好！员工们友好、热情、周到、礼貌、专业，交流沟通很顺畅，所有疑问都能及时回复，我们的快递提前到达很着急，也帮助我们很好的解决了，非常感谢！

Quiet comfortable Clairemont home for a family
Pros: Great, quiet 3 bedroom place in Clairemont near shops and markets. It had enough space for our family, as well as two bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, and yard. There was also a laundry space too for our dog.
Cons: Excellent spot! Would stay here again.

Pros: Place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was huge and everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and has near malls and supermarkets and also has great access to freeways.Host was great, he replaced a steam iron almost immediately as I asked for
Cons: The main bedroom bed is very noisy, not great if you need some privacy, it need to be fixed.

A cozy, well-stocked home with a great host—perfect for a relaxing getaway!
Pros: Super clean and cozy! Tons of amenities and toiletries. Great kitchen and cozy bedrooms!
Cons: Just the neighbors are a little fussy when laughing at 9pm but our host was understanding and took great care of us.

Nice, clean house for a comfortable SD trip.
Pros: The hosts communicated well, we received our check-in information in a timely manner and had no trouble accessing the property. The house was very clean and had plenty of sleeping accommodations for a large group, plus the usual conveniences one would expect like a washer and dryer, full kitchen, TV, etc. The backyard is also very nice though we didn't use it.
Cons: The TV gave us some trouble, and the way the lights and AC are set up is kind of confusing. The location isn't bad, but it could be closer to downtown SD. Neither of these things were significant issues though.

Perfect location, well provisioned kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, lovely backyard and neighborhood!
Pros: The property is perfectly situated for access to North County as well as downtown. It is spacious, well provisioned for cooking with a massive kitchen and lots of space to relax in the backyard and barbecue. The beds are King size and each space has been thought out with care. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the garden outside is lovely. We couldn't think of a better, more comfortable place to rest ourselves as a family! We would love to return.
Cons: This is not specific to this property (many properties we've stayed commonly have these), and we understand the reasons for having polyester sheets, but they do make comfortable sleeping more difficult at night. Such a small detail in the context of an otherwise terrific stay!

Great stay!
Pros: The location is exactly what we wanted! 2 large beds were sooooo comfy, and the shower pressure in the master bedroom was great! Large kitchen and perfect backyard for our dogs. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Cons: Master bed frame was a little squeaky and slider door was noisy. Definitely not deal breakers!!
