COZY Studio in Downtown San Diego

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, good value.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, hospitable apartment. I felt safe and secure, was able to relax. Tea kettle and microwave meant I could have tea and a snack without having to go out. Bed was very comfortable with extra blankets if you needed them. Just a short walk to my conference. Value for money was excellent.

Cons: It took a while for the hot water to come on in the shower--no one's fault, it is just that the hot water heater is not that close to this apartment. The suite is under the fight path of incoming airplanes landing at San Diego airport. After a few planes come over and you realize what is happening, you very soon begin to not even notice them.

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma pulito, con tutto il necessario

Pros: I traveled to SD for work, and it was a nice place for a short stay. The location is in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants, coffee shops, various piers, and famous museums. If you rely on public transportation, there is a bus stop just 2 minutes from the apartment. The place was clean and quiet.

Bring ear plugs if you can't sleep due to sound.

Pros: Very cute, exactly as represented in the picture. 40 minute walk to Convention Center, 20 to.beach.

Cons: Right in the flight path. A little hassle getting the info for the looks but Booking.com talked me through after 15 minutes on hold.

I really liked the property and would stay there again.

Pros: The location is terrific. There is a table on the deck that proved to be very enjoyable in our wind down from the day’s activities. In addition the property is in the flight path for landings at the airport. This may seem a problem, but turned into an enjoyable experience. It was not a problem for us to sleep. The view of town was really nice.

Cons: The doors in the unit didn’t close well, but not any problem for us. The double bed which was against the wall was difficult to get in and out of during the night. There was a problem with a malfunctioning exterior lock, but the landlord did his best to solve the issue and was gracious enough to give us a refund of most of the cost for that night for the inconvenience we’d experienced.

Wondering located; perfect for a couple or solo travel.

Pros: I loved the location of the property. Few blocks away from Little Italy. I can also see the ocean from my bedroom window.

Overall VERY close to everything, nice sized room with great amenities!

Pros: The Airbnb was a very nice size for my girlfriend and I. It was very clean and provided alot of amenities I did not expect them to provide! Such as tea, coffee, water, utensils etc.

Cons: The bed was frame was rather loose which meant we had to be very careful how we got on and off the bed. But I believe that can be fixed with just a few screws etc. I also wish there was a bigger trash can on the premises.

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait près de Little Italy, du centre et des principaux axes, joli petit studio confortable, excellent rapport qualité prix, propre, et très pratique avec les portes digicodes

Cons: Régler des chaînes de télévision française, les avions qui passent, surprenant au début et après je ne faisais plus attention

Rigtig hyggeligt værelse med alt, jeg havde brug for. Beliggenheden er genial.

Pros: Jeg var vild med beliggenheden, som var i gåafstand fra pulserende Little Italy. Værelset havde alt, hvad jeg forventede og havde brug for, det var rent, trygt og praktisk. Umiddelbart god valuta for pengene.

Cons: Det eneste, der generede mig en smule, var de lavtflyvende fly, der lander i lufthavnen ikke så langt derfra. De lander ofte i dagtimerne, (hvor jeg sjældent var hjemme), men jeg lagde dog ikke mærke til det om natten.
