Pros: The house is in a very safe neighborhood. The garage has an access control system. The house is a large loft design and the kitchen is fully equipped. The family is very satisfied with the stay and looks forward to staying here again next time we travel to San Diego.

Pros: La casa è molto bella, dotata di ogni confort. Spaziosa e pulita. Posizione per la città comodissima, noi avevamo l’auto e la casa ha un garage chiuso! Posizionata in un quartiere tranquillo residenziale.

This relaxing and modern duplex located close to Balboa Park exceeded our expectations!

Pros: We know San Diego very well and we love this area. It is very close to Balboa and not far from Hillcrest. Though we were out and about during the day, it was nice to come back to a quiet retreat. The duplex is very spacious, with a lot of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The property is well-maintained and clean. It was also great to have 2 parking spaces. It was very easy to work with the property management company - the check-in was smooth and easy. We chose this duplex for its location, size of the property, and style, and it exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Great location! We felt very safe while still being close to food and activities. It was a beautiful space with lots of light! Very clean. It was also very quiet except for the airplanes flying over which was VERY loud. The beds were too hard for all of us but otherwise everything was comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

Cons: The beds were too hard for our group. Also the elevator broke while we were there but it's just one floor up from the parking garage.
