Pros: I like the comfortableness of the stay accommodations from the staff especially the assistant manager is really nice gentleman all in all it's a nice place very convenient

Cons: What's her not to like it's a place you can call home and as well as trying to keep everything clean as far as other people there's only so much you can do

The BEST service hands down.

Pros: I booked a last minute room late at night and when I arrived was met with unfortunate news. Booking.com wasn’t accurate in the amount of rooms available, however Kayleen(I’m sorry if I butchered that) was extremely helpful in getting me a room that instant. She rallied help from housekeeping to expedite a room and within 10 minutes it was thoroughly cleaned and ready. I was tired from traveling and they were exceptionally accommodating at the eleventh hour. Hands down would stay here again! Thanks again everyone!

Pros: A great stay. Unbelievably, a great price compared to how expensive other hotels around there are. I was skeptical at first, from reading the negative reviews. Every negative review I saw, was remotely from the truth. Those complaining must've been privaleged folk that expects a Beverly hill 5 star penthouse with a jacuzzi in there room and their own maid. There's no pool, no gym, which was OK, we wasn't expecting either. A gym is across the street if you need to workout. I like this place more than a few 5 stars we have stayed in. The room was huge, a stove, a full size refrigerator, a comfy king. My advice, ignore the negative reviews and check it out for yourselves. We will definitely be back again.

Ok but pretty spartan.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Checking was painless.

Cons: There wasn’t one cup for water or a blow dryer in the room. The electricity went off at 8:15am without warning. Everything was dark, but fortunately the room had a nice window.
