Good staff and nice property

Pros: Breakfast of course was expensive but was nice to have in the hotel. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Lots of privacy and very quiet.

Cons: Location was pretty boring but it worked for visiting my friend next to his work. Overall good experience what I would expect from a Marriott property.

One wild night in Foothill Ranch Irvine East/Lake Forest.

Pros: The size of the room, the pool, and the staff's great customer service. They all made sure to greet and say goodbye to everyone they came across with, even if they were with a guest, they still managed to do it professionally.

Cons: The tub was a tad dingy. The channel selection on the TV wasn't the greatest. It's not a necessity, but y'all fooled me with the fake notepad. From a distance, it looks like a regular notepad. But once you pick it up, you realize that it's actually just one notepad-sized cardstock. This was a one night stay, so I didn't need the notepad. But normally I stay longer and use a notepad like I'm an old person.

This hotel is convenient to family and friends. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very quiet and convenient to our son's house.

Pros: Great front reception staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Food availability was excellent, freshly prepared breakfast (not free) Evening happy hour was available with food options. Across the parking lot is a Starbucks (also served during breakfast at the hotel), Thai restaurant and many other options, also a few nail salons if you need a little pampering. I kept extending my stay & staff tried hard to accommodate. If you need anything from housekeeping they're very good at restocking coffee, towels etc. very pleasant ladies. Very safe for solo travelers.

Cons: Parking is $15/day which I really don't get cuz it's a huge parking lot connected to several other businesses scattered throughout the business park & it was never full. Water pressure & temp a little tricky at morning peak times plus every time a housekeeping staffer was using the water next door to clean, it severely dipped the temp to cold throughout showering.

Pros: The staff member that provided us, road weary travelers, with a light meal upon our arrival was very nice. He was personable and professional and made us feel welcome.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Though, just a few more chaise lounges and table/chairs would be nice. Very good breakfast cafe with several cold & hot choices. Tasty breakfast burrito. Though, be aware that this is not a buffet style breakfast. Rather, one where you need to place an order for your breakfast. Not necessarily a negative, but it takes a little longer to get your food, as it needs to be prepared. It would be nice if, on the weekends, the cafe opened up at 6:30am, to accommodate those guests who have children that are in early sports tournaments. However, I did hear that they are flexible (will open a little earlier), if given notice of a big event, ahead of time.

Pros: Location-close to shopping and sports facility for our volleyball tournament

Cons: When we went into our room-there was a portable fan/heater on the floor-drying the carpet??!! No mention that we should expect this by the front desk personnel. Strange Slow & small elevators

If I have need to travel to this area again, this will be likely housing selection.

Pros: All good as you would expect from the brand and location. No complaints.

Cons: Restaurant was a bit pricey for traditional fare, but food was prepared and served well.
