Great and helpful staff

Pros: Perfect location with easy access from San Diego and to Joshua Tree National Park. The room was spacious and confidently. Breakfast was delicious. I was particularly grateful to Jovina and the reception/house keeping staff for picking up my passport which I had forgotten in the room, and arranging to post it to me via express delivery’s service! That had been most helpful to me, sparing an enormous amount of trouble otherwise.

We were disappointed that we didn’t spend more time in the hotel on our stay.

Pros: I felt welcomed during my stay, the staff was very friendly and professional in appearance, neatly dressed and well groomed. The property was well maintained; landscaping, exterior of the hotel, etc so driving into the property gave me a good feeling. My wife and I only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer…we’ll do that the next time.

Cons: Even though we were able to see what time it was by looking at our phones, the hotel not having a clock radio in the room was a slight inconvenience. Another inconvenience was the shower head, it was located too high for me to adjust.

Probably the best size, cleanliness, comfort and economical place we have ever booked on Booking.com

Pros: We were highly impressed at everything here. We both thought this property was much more comfortable for us than our last stay on a winery property in Temecula. Room was large, beds were so comfortable and staff was beyond friendly. Laundry facility and gym were very, very clean. We will stay here again because we love Temecula and will be back!

Cons: Nothing at all. We will stay here again.
