Simple yet nice hotel in Temecula.

Pros: The room was very spacious a comfortable with two large king size beds, the staff was nice although not so much knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast included was simple yet good and all you can eat.

Cons: The interiors of the facility are a bit outdated, for instance the room lightining switches and the air conditioning. The facility is a bit far from Temecula city center, and you need a cab/uber to reach it. I wish the hotel staff was knowledgeable about the services available in Temecula, for instance bike rentals and/or public transport means to reach the wineries district.

Pros: When checking in the clerk gave me a King bedroom. I selected two queen beds on this app site. He told me because I went through Booking.com is why he gave me what I did not register for. I had to Bitch to get what I registered for. Also, I requested the 1st floor room. He told me none were available. When eventually booked in a 2 bedroom He, the liar, booked on the first floor; liar he is.

Cons: The lying front desk clerk when I booked in.

Very nice place to stay.

Pros: Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dining area was very clean and the breakfast had a nice variety. Staff stayed in the dining area and replenished items quickly.

Great service all of the staff were great

Pros: Sylvester on the pm shift was exception Breakfast was ok the room on the first day we needed a linen change bought it to housekeeping and it was quickly change so I think the service was great

Pros: I loved everything about this location, but the fitness center.Maybe they can add some more machines, and space would be helpful
