The place to stay in San Clemente

Pros: Very nice and cosy place to stay. Close to the city center and the beach. The host is nice and friendly, perfect spot to spend your vacation and enjoy California vibes. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The common outdoor area is also a big plus. Parking in front of the property.

Where the soul can calm down

Pros: My stay was absolutely awesome. Dave and his family is so nice, friendly, absolutely chill, uncomplicated and still very professional. (Not to forget their super cute dog Harvey) Dave is always there for help or organizations. He even organized a surfguide for private lessons for me, even if it wasn't the Surfcamp season. It was my first week of four in SoCal and I couldn't imagine to have a better one than here. So, thank you guys sooo much for this time and also, thanks to my wonderful surfguide Ney, was such a blast to surf with you and get to know you! For guests; ask after Ney when talking to Dave for your next surfing hours.

perfect stay!

Pros: Great host, Dave is super friendly, even let us borrow his old surfboards for the beach.

Lovely vibe

Pros: The owner, Dave, was incredibly friendly, super chilled and generous. Really nice vibe, great shower and bed, and excellent value.

Very relxing

Pros: The communication with Dave the owner. Very friendly and accommodated our early arrival. We WILL definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like about this property. I went for a party and it was very convenient and close less than 1 miles away.

Pros: Great place to stay the owner was super friendly and welcoming and always asking if there's anything he can do and if everything's going good. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. There's a good and affordable burger place 30 steps next door if you're looking for something quick, I will definitely be returning.

Cons: For the most part it was very quiet and peaceful besides people leaving or getting back to their rooms but the walls are pretty thin so if you're a light sleeper I would keep that in mind.
