Above and beyond

Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating for us. It was our first time in San Diego and we definitely want to come back. The pool, gym, and jacuzzi were all great and our room was clean and comfortable.

Great value. It does need updating but I did see building work being done. New carpets needed.

Pros: The receptionist was very helpful. We requested to leave our bags at the hotel at 10am as check was at 4 but they allowed us to check in at 10 as the room was available. Also allowed a late check out as we had a later flight out of San Diego.

Cons: Parking should be free for guests.

Pros: Personeel heel vriendelijk en met name behulpzaam.

Cons: Geen lift. Arme jongen van receptie moest 4 zware koffers naar boven sjouwen. Badkamer alleen douche de rest aan de andere kant. Dit is GEEN hotel maar motel. Geen xxxx waard

Super hôtel

Pros: Très belle hotel, pour une nuit c’était super. Le petit-déjeuner était top La chambre très propre et le lit était super confortable

Cons: Etant française mon anglais n’est pas top, lorsque que j’ai appelé la réception pour le transport inclus de l’aéroport aucun effort n’a été fait quand à la prononciation ou répété plus lentement. J’ai demandé à ce que l’on me voit les informations par mail ou via booking, je n’ai rien reçu, le taxi n’est pas venu et j’ai du en commander un et payer de ma poche.

Pros: Very comfortable room and bed. Clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was good for my purposes. I had meeting in Point Loma area.
