Pros: Bedden, zwembad, hotel store (mini supermarket), guy behind the bar (super friendly and helpful)

Cons: Employees during check-in, uninterested, not pro-active nor friendly

Did what it said on the box, nice hotel good facilities with pleasant staff.

Pros: We stayed at Crowne Plaza for 1 night before going down to Mexico, it was comfy, clean and the facilities were good.

Cons: We didn't experience the bar or the kitchen, so cannot comment on that.

Good location, good value for money for the area, great service

Pros: Staff were very friendly , facilities were very good .

Cons: Because I booked through Booking.com they would not credit me with IHG Loyalty rewards , which I felt was a rip off

I will the first time that i stay in an exceptional hotel .with everthimg

Pros: The property was very clean and the customer service as exceptional and the parking attendant exceptional .Great location and near to everything. I am recommending my family and friends . The parking was so nice and accessible and plenty of parking . I have a disable Card and i found parking . Now Every time that i visit SanDiego I will stat there. Love my little vacation the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was exceptional.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the lobby were very welcoming and helpful, and they provided a map that made it easy to find our rooms. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, it has a few beautiful fountains and nice outdoor seating areas to enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the mornings. Housekeeping did a great job with fresh towels and making the beds. The pool was warm, and we loved swimming at night. Overall, the property felt comfortable, family-friendly, and relaxing.

Cons: Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Everything. Rooms look better in person than in the pictures. The staff are very nice.

Cons: The breakfast is kinda weird. You can only pick one plate and no sides. The fishy smell outside from the ponds during the day. The tub didn't want to drain the water.
