We live out stay and would return in a heartbeat

Pros: Th location is phenomenal. Short walk to the beach, cafes and coffee shops. Had a nice neighborhood feel. Was also super quiet considering how close everything was. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed.

Cons: The floor plan worked for us but did have a lot of stairs. Main living areas are on second floor so may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.
